Arthur Spiegel
Arthur Spiegel is Chairman and President of Trans-Border Customs Services and U.S. Customs Brokerage and International Freight Forwarding Firm.
In addition to serving as Vice President and Director of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America, Mr. Spiegel is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Governors of Vermont Health Foundation. He is a former Chairman of the Clinton County American Cancer Society and a past Board Member of the Adirondack Medical Center.
Mr. Spiegel is a Siena College graduate and pursued additional studies at the World Trade Institute of New York City.
