Dr. Albert J. Simone
Dr. Albert J. Simone is the President of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
At RIT, Dr. Simone is responsible for one of the nation's leading career-oriented universities with 15,300 students from all 50 states and more than 90 foreign countries, with an annual operating budget of more than $474 million.
In addition, Dr. Simone is active in numerous professional and civic organizations such as American Production and Inventory Control Society, the Institute of Management Science, the Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield Board, and the Center for Governmental Research Board of Directors. He is the author of numerous books and journal publications on the use of mathematics and statistics in business.
Dr. Albert Simone is a Tufts University graduate and obtained his Ph.D. in economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
