Mark Kissinger
Mark Kissinger is President of the Home Care Association of New York State. Previously, he served as Deputy Secretary to former Governor George E. Pataki. In that position, he was responsible for the oversight and management of all the State's health and human services agencies.
Prior to working for the Governor, he worked extensively on issues related to social services, children and families, mental health and long term care for the Senate Majority Conference.
Mr. Kissinger is a University of Michigan graduate and pursued his graduate studies in health services administration at Union College.
