Darlene Kerr

Darlene Kerr is the former President and CEO of Niagara Mohawk, a National Grid Company. Prior to serving as President and CEO, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Kerr, a resident of Syracuse, directed one of the largest utility providers in the United States, serving approximately 3.2 million electricity customers in Upstate New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

In addition to professional responsibilities, Ms. Kerr serves on the Board of Crouse Health Foundation and LeMoyne College. She's also a former Board Member of the Health Alliance of Central New York and Rural Metro Ambulance.

Darlene Kerr has received numerous honors including the Multiple Sclerosis Society Crusaders for a Cure Award. Ms. Kerr is a SUNY Potsdam graduate.
