Northern Region
The Northern region consists of Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington counties.
Guidelines
Please follow the following guidelines:
- Oral Testimony must not exceed 10 minutes and should be accompanied by at least three written summaries of the comments. The time allotted for each witness may change based on the number of witnesses wishing to testify. To allow the broadest possible participation, only one (1) representative per organization may testify. Those interested in testifying MUST call Carla Cocca at (518) 474-4674 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on any business day, but not later than one week before the scheduled hearing, in order to arrange for a specific place on the Agenda.
